Located 3 minutes from the beach by a pedestrian path, this beautiful duplex of 200 sqm classified 4 stars, is located in an Anglo-Norman house, typical of the villas by the sea.
From November to March, rentals are on weekends, with a possible departure on Sunday until the end of the afternoon.
From April to October and for the end of the year holidays, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, except in May and June or weekend are also possible.
In all seasons, the bay of Pourville, Varengeville high chalk cliffs Sea and the Alabaster Coast, are visible from the living room with veranda, as well as five rooms and a view of the countryside in the valley of Scie.

Large apartment in charming old villa. Plenty of communal space with conservatory overlooking the bay. Kitchen was small but very well equipped. Large garden which was enclosed and great for the kids. Walking distance to the village which has an excellent boulangerie and is close to the beach. Lively beach bar too. All ages enjoyed it.

Our group of 6 adults and 2 children had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. The pictures cannot convey the stunning views of the sea and the countryside. The furnishings are simple and family-friendly. There's plenty of room for all. Although the kitchen is on the small side, it's well equipped. I have never been in a rental that was as well supplied with cutlery and dishes.
Outside, there are seemingly endless green lawns, huge trees, a swing set, and a hammock. Our wee ones had a blast flying kites on the hillside. Inside the greenhouse there's a table tennis table and other games.
Getting to the beach is easy and safe. There's a secluded, shady path that leads to the town and the shore. The beach is rocky until low tide, when you can walk in the sand and explore the tidal pools. Magical.
We loved Pourville and especially Luc's lovely property. We dream of coming back!

Surpassed all expectations. Layout was perfect giving a balance of privacy for 3 families. Wonderful living spaces to eat and socialise. Stunning garden and views across the bay!

We had a fabulous time as a family of 10. Accommodation was perfectly laid out for each family sub group. Facilities were clean and the separate living space with excellent views was perfect to give the adults and children separate places to relax. The walk to the town takes only a few minutes and the daily baguette run was great entertainment. Beach is great for surfers and body boarders.
