Quietly located near the beaches of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, and Veules-les-Roses (candidate for the contest of the 100 most beautiful villages of France), it is surrounded by a vast field of approval, with near, a maisonette in the same style.

It includes a large living room and a very bright and comfortable dining room which succeeds a very well equipped American kitchen.
The ground floor has 2 bedrooms each with 1 shower room and WC.
The rooms are each equipped with a 160 bed and one of them has an extra single bed.
One of the shower rooms has a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and a changing table.
On the floor, 2 rooms with bed of 160 and each one of them with bathroom and TOILET.
One of the bedrooms has an extra single bed, the other has 2 extra single beds.

The property is wonderfully located, the village is beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. Our party had 12 people, mixed with adults and children, in addition a wheelchair user. The property was amble big enough for us and the outdoor space was an added bonus. Fridge/freezer was spacious for all of us to use. The owner was very accommodating and was on hand to contact if we needed it. We had a problem with a malfunctioned kettle but this was quickly replaced by the owner.
Miscommunication and assumption on our part meant there was no ramp for the wheelchair user but this was quickly solved on the first day. We think the property would benefit from a washing line and pegs and perhaps better outdoor cooking facilities. Overall a wonderful, clean and spacious property and we would recommend and even return to in the future.

Maison bien équipée (y compris pour les bébés), bien située, bon accueil... Nous déplorons seulement un temps "normand" mais cela fait partie du jeu :-)
