Un bel endroit pour séjourner en famille. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu quelques bûches pour un premier feu dans le poêle...les télévisions ne fonctionnaient pas mais elles ont pu être réparées au 5e jour. Un excellent séjour de Noël.

Our family of 5 adults and 3 children enjoyed staying in rural Normandy. The house is well equipped and the beds are comfortable.
The en-suites do not have toilets. There are 2 separate toilets with no windows, one on each floor, ok if you all know each other!
However…. This was a planned self catering holiday and we were severely limited as the oven is broken ( and has been for months).
The kitchen sinks do not drain we resorted to bailing out dirty water onto the adjacent field.
There is a significant leak on the water tank - we had to empty a plastic bowl each day to avoid the hall being flooded.
We could say more. There is a lack of general maintenance. Bedroom doors don’t shut, one upstairs is broken the other you cannot open from the inside so easy to get locked in.
WiFi is poor but picked up at the end of the week.
We house needs a good clean, as do the windows.
We contacted Novasol before and during our stay to try and get problems fixed. Answers such as “all plumbers are on holiday” don’t help.
Such a shame a lovely house spoilt by lack of maintenance. Not what we paid for!!!
