House without joint ownership of 2 levels.
Ground floor: kitchen (very well equipped with induction hob, dishwasher ...), living room overlooking the garden (with flat screen TV ..), 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom (with shower), 1 wc
floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + wc
bedroom1: 1 double bed
bedroom 2: 3 single beds
2 terraces:
1 at the back of the house (enclosed garden) with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue
1 on the front of the house with garden furniture
A deposit of 500 euros will be required at the entrance to the premises, it will be returned in the event of non-damage.
Rental of household linen possible (prices indicated on the rental contract)
optional end-of-stay cleaning service (€ 90)

Very quiet location 15 minutes from Camaret sea front. Great walking- three good coastal walks from the gite itself. Very clean and well equipped. Lovely garden. would definately return

nous avons apprécié cette maison mais ne nous convenait
pas tout à fait car nous étions tous adultes et une chambre était
destinée à des jeunes enfants en ce qui concerne le couchage
de plus il n'y avait qu'une seule prise de courant par lit
et une douche pour 6 Adultes
