About this villa rental
The location is called Skorponeria. It is 90 km far from Athens (airport El.Venizelos) and only 25 km far from Chalkida, the capital of Evvia island. The private ground property is 820 sq.m.. and the residence is 130 sq.m. with a terrace of 60 sq.m.. At the garden there is a 32 sq.m. freshwater ecological (without chemicals) private pool with a deck around for sunbathing. The rest property is fully planted and shaped with grass, flowers, bushes and trees. There is also a garage for two cars. The distance from the beach is only 250-300 m. The sea view around the house is beautiful and unobstructed. In short distance there are beaches (small and big), creeks with rocks and in 15 km the Drosia/Alykes beach with sun-beds, beach bars, taverns and cafeterias providing many other facilities. The area is ideal for hiking, swimming, fishing, canoeing and other water sports. The serene landscape and the very quiet area make the house ideal for relaxation, meditation, discharge and carefree family holidays. Nearby excursions can be organized to Athens, Delphi, Arachova and Parnassos, to St. Luke, Chalkida, Eretria, Aidipsos, etc.

Realy nice and quiet place to enjoy a fantsastic holiday. Close to a nice and empty beach, beautifull Panorama. We had very good days in the house and the area!

Lovely clean property with lots of little touches like dishwasher tablets, water, insect plug ins.
Beautiful clean pool. Good air conditioning and great facilities. Very quiet location. Roads very bumpy and no restaurants within walking distance but a few within a short drive.

Beautiful high value villa with an amazing view and a so comfortable terrasse. The big swimming pool was really clean and always warm enough, perfect. The small beach nearby is really 300 m down the road.
Serafeim was really helpfull, a so Nice person! Everything was perfect with even a fig tree and a lemon tree in the garden :)

Jahreszeitlich und witterungsbedingt nur suboptimal gelegenes Ferienhaus mit schönem Pool. Die Zufahrtsstraßen sind nicht asphaltiert und bei Starkregen nicht befahrbar. Freilaufende Hunde und Katzen - wie wohl in Griechenland generell etwas lästig. Ohne Auto ist kein schöner Strand erreichbar. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in ca. 20 min. Autofahrt. Nahegelegene Taverne um diese Jahreszeit (Anfang Oktober) nicht geöffnet, daher auch für Restaurantbesuche ziemlich lange Anfahrtsstrecken.
Das geräumige Haus mit gut funktionierender Heizung und Warmwasserversorgung verfügt wohl über WLAN, die Internetanbindung hat jedoch die meiste Zeit nicht funktioniert, trotz mehrfacher Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter.
Die Küchenausstattung ist verbesserungsfähig, sämtliche Elektrogeräte zwar vorhanden, die übrige Ausstatttung jedoch auf ein Minimum reduziert.
Gute TV- , DVD und Stereoanlagen. Nette Unterstützung des Vermieters Planung von Sightseeing. Jederzeit Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters. Willkommensgetränke und Nahrungsmittel für einen guten Start.
Insgesamt freundliche Vermieter und vielleicht zu einer anderen Jahreszeit und besseren Witterungsbedingungen noch mehr Potential bietendes Ferienhaus für einen schönen Familienurlaub.
