About this house rental
Meraki Beach House 1 is a single storey (3 bedroom, 2 bathroom-1 ensuite), seafront luxury apartment, for max 6 people, with direct 2min access to a private beach. The property is located in a serene surrounding in front of the sea, 67min drive away from Athens Airport. The apartment enjoys a panoramic seaview, is brand new (constr. 2021) & is professionally designed & decorated.

Meraki Beach House is located in a quiet, tranquil area by the sea. The adjacent village is accessible by car in 5 mins.
In the village, you will find plenty of restaurant options (freshly cooked seafood, traditional Greek cuisine, vegetarian options, breakfast pastries, coffees and freshly squeezed juices). Most of these restaurants will deliver the food to the property or will provide a take-away option.
The house offers:
-3 double bedrooms with double beds (2 queen, 1 double)
-2 bathrooms, out of which 1 is ensuite
-fully equipped kitchen (cooker, microwave, nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge)
-dining area for 6 people with seaview
-living room with a Smart TV & fireplace that is orientated towards the sea and lounging on the sofa offers stunning views of the sea and sunset.
-garden in front of the house offering a panoramic view of the Evian gulf
-Exterior space with deck chairs/loungers & dining area for 6 people
-air-conditioned spaces (4 A/C units in double bedrooms and lounge)
-laundry room
The apartment is part of a 2 storey building with direct access and is within a 5000m2 estate. The property has a private garden of approx. 800m2 filled with low rise Mediterranean plants and trees.
The beach is set a few steps below the property.

The private beach is set a few steps below the property and is only shared with the tenants from the 2 adjacent similar properties.

Beautiful 4 plex right on the mediterranean. Very clean.
They will arrange breakfast for you, if you want. We had a wonderful time!
2 things. One-We stayed in one of the top plex's.There is a opening with windows from the bottom plex up through the top plex. You can hear most of what is going on in the bottom plex. Two-You can't flush toilet paper down the toilet. You have to put the toilet paper in a small garbage can. We emptied the garbage can every morning in a dumpster way out by the main road.

We stayed 10 days in May and the setting was both beautiful (the view, the beach) and comfortable (all modern amenities). An hour from Athens is a perfect distance, both near enough and far enough. Agis and Maria were perfect hosts. While we were there the two other apartments were occupied for a few days but the disturbance was minimal. The wifi is also weaker in the evening (but is that a bad thing ?). Overall a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay. Wish we could have stayed a month.

We stayed over two weeks at this beautiful house and we enjoyed every minute of it. The sea which is always in view, the modern and comfortable interior, the friendly communication with the owners, everything was just perfect. We'd love to be back some time and can thoroughly recommend to stay.
