The space
This maisonette is a perfect place for people who are seeking a simple way of life and value sustainability and preservation of original features in a 1970s building with all modern comforts.
On the ground floor 6th there are three bedrooms and 1 bath with shower and tub. There is enough space to comfortably accommodate 6 people. There is also a small remote workstation along with the marble stairs and a laundry room as well.
Up, on the 7th level, there is a spacious living room with a corner sofa and a walnut traditional bar. A modern and fully equipped kitchen with an antique dining area, all surrounded with large windows that fill the home with sunlight all day. A small bathroom completes the 7th floor.
We have opted to create an allergen-free environment. This means there are no feathers, down, or carpeting in our home. All windows have electric roller shutters to enable privacy and comfort.
The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with an over 200 sqm tilled deck offering both a lounge and small dining area. There’s even enough space for your yoga practice. The sunny backyard is perfect for an evening of stargazing and a glass of wine.
