Absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment. Host lives downstairs and was very friendly. Facilities were really good - small kitchenette, bathroom and kitchen table. Bed was large and comfortable. Location is about 6-8mins walk from Ortopedijos Technika bus stop, from there it's 10mins to city centre and 20mins to Kaunas Bus/Train Stations. There is a Lidl located next to the bus stop, very useful for those who want to self-cook during their stay. Overall, an excellent experience. Excellent value-for-money as well compared to other self-catering apartments in Kaunas. Property is well-suited for solo travellers or those wishing for an extended stay in Kaunas to explore the city and surrounding areas of Lithuania. I will definitely be back again :)

We stayed here for two weeks during a work trip and had a really pleasant experience. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped for everyday living, including cooking. The location is great – close to public transport, shops, and a park, yet very quiet. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. The only small thing was that hot water sometimes took a bit longer, but it was not an issue for us. Overall, a great stay.

Quiet location. Nice room

Person renting , they were lovely and helpful. Location was suitable as I chose close to my work assignment, so the area was good with shops and good connection to the city centre and around. Studio size is good, have a small terrace you can have your coffee in the morning. Studio also has a communal garden with other flats you can sit down and relax between cherry trees, ambience is lovely.

General cleaning and dusting, shower was overflowing in 2 min, so that made it hard to shower. The heater in the bathroom burnt my clothes when i hanged to dry despite being luke warm itself. Let's overnight, so maybe that was the issue. Have iron like burn kind on my white top now that can't be fixed and so need replacement.
