RentA Citywalk Flat

I liked the clean bed sheets, many towels and blankets, and the overall state of the room and the bathroom. The coffee machine was really nice and useful. The owners were taking care with the messages to provide me with the needed instructions. It was also quite calm there and very warm for the still cold April days (maybe even too warm for me, but that's just me). The TV is fine, working well and it's possible to find some movies, just be patient with trying to figure it out :) There's a gaming setup too, I wasn't using that, but I guess it can be useful for others. The e-scooter looked cool, I wasn't trying it, but it's a lovely additional feature for the guests who fancy that. Overall impression: It's a good value for money, very cool for a night or two, I'd say. Not far from a shopping centre and also a bus/trolleybus stop - both about a 7 minute walk away.

It's a really small place - it's all as shown, so it's fairly represented, but you should know that that's what you can expect: a small room with a bathroom, and the kitchen is basically just next to the bed. Nothing wrong with that, just saying for others. Someone here mentioned a worn-out water kettle - yes, that one should be replaced or cleaned somehow, but I boiled the water on the stove instead (because the kettle really shouldn't be used). Also, some other guests mentioned the lack of any chair: yes, a simple little chair would be very helpful, maybe a tiny table too. There was a misunderstanding with the check-out time: it was written that I can check-out by 13.00, but then the cleaner was at the door before 11.00 and they seemed to have the next guests at 12.00... I don't want to make a deal out of that, I packed quite fast, but the owner should be attentive to the details with hours and not book new people before the previous guests can check-out. I'm adaptable, but I should have known in advance. Other than that, I had a feeling that they really tried their best to communicate well and I still would say that they treated me nicely :) Just for those who could be surprised: it's not their thing, but expect a slightly unpleasant corridor and the overall state of the building outside. After walking inside, the state of the room is actually great! :)

Alles da was man braucht. Ruhige Lage. Parkplatz fand man immer. Vermieter hat mehrfach nach gefragt ob alles gut ist. Kaffeemaschine fand ich toll.

Tür ist mit Code was leider Nacht bei Anreise nicht funktioniert hat. Aber ein Anruf beim Vermieter( Morgens um 4:30) wurde das Problem sofort gelöst.

For me location was good for what I needed .

As somebody already mention, wardrobe , there are simple one, metal rail clothes rack on kettle wheels, sell them in ikea and some hangers and issue fixed. As well in a shower , water doesn’t go down very well. Other than that we had no issues .

Newly refurbished. Very warm small flat. Great shower. Good location. Super quiet at night! For light sleepers its a perfect location. Easy access to the flat. Comfortable bed. All empty space left could be definitely used for a small dining table or shoe rack or stool to put bag on when entering the flat. A bit lack if furniture but overall great value for money. Entrance to the building and flat is from the main road, loads of free parking space. Corridor to the flat looked a bit scary as its an old shared house but converted into separate flats with all amenities, popular building in Lithuania. Would come back for sure.

Would be handy to have a coat rack as two hangers left on the scooter not very convenient. Noticed there was no pan just a pot. Kettle overcooked could not use it. There was several spider webs in the corners of the doors and corners of the ceiling. Also felt first day and night after checking in strong smell of cigarettes coming from the neighbours probably.
