The house Kaunas

For the price I paid, it was really amazing value :) Everything was clean and tidy. I’ve stayed in these apartments with my son several times before, but never in the room option and it was great :)

No complaints

Fantastic large room. Came for one night stayed for three nights Everything you needed at your fingertips. Very comfortable, clean and magnificent views from our window on top floor. The cleaning staff exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. Great location, walkable to all attractions. Bus out the front but not required. Supermarket and cafes very close. Restaurant in front of building. So much to love about this place.

The yard at the front will improve over time I’m sure.

Great location. Less than 5 minutes walk to public transport stations & most food/shopping stores, right next to a self serve laundry, easy to get in/find the property.

Walls are VERY thin so EVERYTHING can be heard, WiFi didn’t reach more than 3 feet in the room (had to stand next to door just to use WiFi), quiet time is from 23:00-07:00 (nobody respected)

Cleanliness

The noise, the coldness, the heating system, the shower seems added at last minute, the bad smell coming from the shower pipes, the light switches far away from bed. The cleaning people should consider making less noise while chatting, The owner needs to use noise reducers on chairs / tables since everyone is moving furniture in the middle of the night, probably invest in noise / thermal insulation on walls and doors. Also please add white curtains since we just need light in not looking to neighbors.
