La posizione ed il contesto è molto bello.
> Poca privacy: il balcone nel retro non ha divisori che permettano la privacy.

Apartment was located in 3 apartment building for guests - during our stay we were the only ones, therefore nobody bother us or did we. The pool was great refreshment! Otherwise - quite remote area.
The apartment had a conditioner in the main room. Bathroom is located next to sleeping room (so, no privacy for adults, if kids are walking through the room for bathroom :) ). The bathroom was quite warm place due to the water-boiler which heated up the room a lot, meanwhile the water stream was uneven from hot to cold, but it wasn`t too critical - maybe some upgrade for boiler would be needed.
Kitchen rather small and basic - if hosts would place there some salt & sugar, it would be great :)
Cheap interior feeling, some technical upgrades (for boiler) would be needed. Free sugar & salt would be beneficial.

It was a really big pleasure to stay in this auch a fantastic place.
Apartment was very clean and cosy and well equipped.
The mattresses on the bed are comfortable and you can sleep enough.
I sincerely recommend this place.
The perfect base for any excursions to to the mountains, which are everywhere around and in a neighbourhood.

The appartment was totally great, we liked it a lot and would come back every time. It was big, very clean and comfortable! We had a big veranda with view in the great nature. It was very quiet. In front of the building there was a pool. It was just 10 minutes by car to Tolmin where you could do great stuff.
To get to the appartment you rely on a car because it is in a small village in the mountains. For us it was totally no problem, because we did a roadtrip anyway, but maybe it is harder for backpackers to get there.
