The location, the room and the cleanliness were fine at check in. The property is well located and charming. But some improvements needed.
1. Breakfast was strictly average. The whole fruit was not fresh. No lactose-free option for milk/ yoghurt. Cereal, please keep something other than chocos or cornflakes!
2. Need a kettle and coffee/ tea options for the room
3. The bedsheet was not changed in 4 days. Usu every alternate day is normal?
4. Please provide water bottles for free - 1 or 2 a day. Tap water dues not taste good.
5. Elevator often gets stuck. It is only two floors but with luggage...
6. Too many light controls!!
Overall it was fine but with some of the above would have earned 5 stars
