About this villa rental
Seafront luxury 5 bedroom villa TOMA, near Kotor, in bay of Boka Kotorska. Fabulous property is surrounded by sea from 3 sides with private sea access and stone wall that surrounds garden thus ensuring privacy. One car garage and one extra parking place is available. There is a BBQ and dining furniture in the garden. Ground floor includes kitchen, dining room, living room, library, bathroom, toilet and laundry. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first and second floor plus kids playing room. There is a possibility of renting speedboat for excursions.

Our stay was amazing, and the house way better than the photos. It is a great house, beautifully decorated, and it is simply amazing 1 minute you are inside the house and next you are swimming in the beautiful bay. It is very private while you are in the landscaped garden under olive trees. We are definitely coming back again

We booked Villa Toma for our family visit to Montenegro. We were visiting our daughter who is based there and serving in the US Peace Corps. The house is easy to access from Dubrovnik's airport--just a 1 hour drive. Having the sea as our swimming pool was a real treat. The rooms were spacious and the house offers enough breathing room to make everyone feel comfortable. We enjoyed many homemade meals on the outdoor grill with seaside terrace dining. Our hosts were so gracious. They drove us to Tivat to pick up our rental car (which you need if you're staying here). They took us shopping on the day of our arrival to find provisions for our stay. Throughout our 2-week vacation, they were just a text message away and facilitated everything from water taxis to dinner reservations. We can't thank them enough for making our family time truly memorable. The house has an iron and we were able to wash our clothes and hang them to dry. A few more pillows on each of the beds would have been dreamy, and maybe bring some earbuds to block out nighttime road noise from passing cars as the Villa sits on a busy road---but other than that---it was perfection.

The house was amazing only made better by Jelena and Andrej who have both outstanding local knowledge and were extremely friendly and welcoming.
