As part of our Luxury Collection, this house offers an additional level of luxury, e.g. in the form of more space and comfort, interior design or styling, architecture, furnishings or experiences.
Unrivalled panoramic views of the Bay of Tivat, the marina and the town of Kotor can be enjoyed from this imposing 10,000 m² property, which is exclusively at your disposal. Relax in this stylish holiday home, which consists of three separate residential buildings and can welcome 20 people, so that several families can spend their holiday together and still maintain their privacy. The accommodation can also be used for team building for smaller companies. The main house has a covered terrace with barbecue, a kitchen on the ground floor and a large dining area on the first floor. Three bedrooms, a bathroom and access to a terrace are located on the second floor.
The second property is a bungalow at the top of the property, with a kitchen-living room and access to the terrace as well as a bedroom and bathroom. The third building, on two floors with external stairs, is located above the pool, which at almost 100 square metres will certainly be the meeting point for everyone. There is also a lounge with a fireplace behind glass walls, which is ideal for relaxing at any time of year, as well as a wellness area with sauna and shower. In the room next door you will find your own cinema with a professional projector and comfortable seats.
At the entrance to the property there is a lounge with a bar, billiards, darts, an air hockey table and fitness equipment. The outdoor area also has a basketball court and many illuminated paths, steps, lawns and a small stream, which creates a pleasant atmosphere with its murmur. You can take romantic photos on the viewing plateau and for physical fitness there are six bicycles that you can use to explore the forest. There are many other options for an active holiday, but they come at an additional cost. There is a free tennis court 4 kilometres away by arrangement and the possibility of professional tennis lessons for a fee. There are also two yachts available for an additional fee, with which you can explore the beautiful archipelago in the Bay of Kotor, Lutica, Herceg Novi or Budva. Excursions can also be organised with a mini-bus to the Ostrog Monastery, the Mausoleum in the Loven National Park, rafting or zip-lining on the Tara River and a visit to the wine cellar in Njegui, as well as to various excellent restaurants in the region.
