Light, spacious and airy, this delightful home is close to Worthing town centre and the beach. Splashpoint leisure centre is a three minute walk away. The beach about a minute away.
You will love the spacious rooms, four televisions, sky subscription.
The house was fully renovated but care has been taken to maintain its period charm.
there is offstreet parking, a big plus in the Worthing central area. It is a pleasant stroll along the promenade to the town centre, about ten minutes.
Along the way there are restaurants and shops if you don't want to venture into town.
The garden is a private sun trap which you can enjoy all day.

Ideal house for our family. Very spacious and well equiped although a few moro teaspoons and perhaps some champagne flutes would make it even better.Good off-road parkingThe mattresses were on the soft side for me and the single bed linen needs replacing.Overall I would highly recommend this property.Excellent communication with host

Ian’s house is such a wonderful and charming property. It is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location can’t be beat…on a quiet residential street with plenty of parking on site yet convenient to stores, attractions and restaurants. Ian is an amazing and accommodating host! We will return for much longer next time!

We were staying as we were attending a family event nearby. The house was clean, great location for where we needed to be. But also great location for getting to the beach & the shops in a short walk.
Check in was easy & host checked in with us to make sure everything was ok.
Nice garden area, good shower & comfy beds 😊
