Licia Apartment is an airy and very bright apartment in the heart of the lively San Giovanni district, a few steps from the Colosseum, the Baths of Caracalla, the basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano and the Appia Antica.
All the main tourist attractions are easily reachable by underground, the San Giovanni metro A is about 10 minutes on foot (850 meters) and the Circo Massimo metro B can be reached with a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes.
The apartment has just been renovated and is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning / heating, soundproof walls, flat screen TV, 30 Mega WiFi internet.
The apartment consists of a living living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (induction electric hobs, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven), a large bathroom with shower and a comfortable double bedroom. The living area is also equipped with a double bed wardrobe (bed with orthopedic mattress and slatted reclining wooden slats) which allows you to comfortably accommodate two more guests.

Check-in takes place at the Residence Europa, in via Genova n. 24, during the opening hours of our Reception: from Monday to Saturday from 14:00 to 21:00 (closed on Sunday and on Christian holidays).
