About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the Aurelia area, near the Vatican, in a very quiet area but still close to shops and restaurants. Bright, well furnished, equipped with all the comforts and a splendid terrace to relax after a day of visits.
Perfect for couples and families!
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace. There are 4 beds, of which 2 in the double bedroom and 2 more obtained from the sofa bed in the living room. Equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, TV, washing machine, microwave, kettle, espresso machine and of course a full kitchen.
My availability is complete at any time and for any need.
The neighborhood is residential, with shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The proximity to the Basilica of San Pietro and the residential nature of the area, makes the apartment perfect for a stay of sightseeing but also for relaxation.
In the neighborhood you can get around by car comfortably, on-street parking is free and moderate traffic.
However, the most convenient way to reach the historic center is by public transport. The bus stops are on the two main roads and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Then you can choose to arrive in the center with a single bus line or change halfway with the metro and reach any part of the city in a short time.

Here's the good and not soo good....Very unique layout, breath taking balcony! Romantic interior, comfortable bed, small shower. No real coffee pot, just a small pot for the stove. Please be aware, multiple flights of stairs sooo pack lightly and be in shape ;-). Think twice about bringing a car, parking would be a problem, narrow street and would be tough to find a parking spot. Local good grocery is about a 15 minute walk thru very hilly area, be in shape or you will need an uber. Local store across the street is very limited. glad we didn't have a car, Alessandro was amazing, just had some trouble contacting him after we got settled. When we weren't walking to the store or sight seeing, we would spend all of our time on the balcony! Loved seeing the wild parrots flying around! Would definitely stay there again!!!

The property manager was super communicative and very helpful during check-in and check-out, and was highly knowledgeable with recommendations for local places to eat and how to take the nearby public transportation. We were actually pleasantly surprised at the fact that the apartment looks even better in person than it did the photos! The terrace is huge, private, and wraps around the roof to the other side of the apartment. Everything was very clean! It’s a quiet neighborhood outside the city center so if you need a break from the touristy scene this place is great and just close enough to get your city center fix when you need it. We would definitely stay here again!

l'appartamento e bello con un bel terrazzo, buona pulizia e gentile accoglienza.
Check in senza problemi , anche se siamo arrivati in anticipo sono subito arrivati con le chiavi...

L'unico problema era il trovare parcheggio. sulla via stessa é divieto di parcheggio e trovare qualcosa nei dintorni sopratutto la sera era un ' impresa.
nel complessivo un appartamento che si puó consigliare.
