Elegant three-room apartment, newly built (June 2018), located in a beautiful residential area in the city center, Monte Verde, close to the famous Villa Doria Pamphili park, Trastevere, and Gianicolo. It includes a parking spot and a gorgeous terrace for moonlit dinners, with smart TVs in every room, an incredibly comfortable large sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette, and organic memory foam mattresses for the best sleep you can dream of. You couldn’t ask for more, but wait… dozens of trendy bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
The space:
A newly renovated apartment (June 2018) in Rome (Monteverde area), located in a pleasant and renowned residential area, green and close to the city center, adjacent to Trastevere and Gianicolo, and near Villa Doria Pamphili park. It is a raised ground floor of approximately 90 sqm, bright, quiet, with a large terrace and parking (upon request). It is divided into:
• 2 double bedrooms
• Living room + study area with a desk and dining area for 2-6 people (extendable table)
• Open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and toaster
• Bathroom with a spacious shower
• Laundry area with washing machine, drying rack, sink, and ironing board
• Spacious terrace with deck chairs, table, and umbrella
• Private parking (on request)
• Wi-Fi, TV, DVD, central heating, and air conditioning
Perfect for a single person or a couple, with the option of an additional bed for a fifth person (preferably a child).
