This is a very beautiful place with great gardens and a quiet area. Close to shops, restaurants and the metro is about 5 minutes walk.

Staff is relly poor as far as I as foreigner am concerned.

They still serve breakfast in boxes to take to room with no choices. So strange because life was in normal in Shanghai and other hotels had normal buffet breakfast.
Hotel staff english language skills should be improved.

This place is nothing special, especially considering the price. There is not much near there; however, it is very quiet.
They use those irritating little disposable shampoo bottles, which just adds to the world's plastic problem.
The balcony is completely useless because the doors are locked because the balcony is shared by 2 rooms. I do not know if the room next to me was occupied; however, most of the hotel was not. It would have been nice to have the balcony.
Although I didn't try it, the desk woman said it was a Chinese breakfast, which means "not good" for most westerners.
