A great hotel, lovely rooms, pleasant/ helpful staff, great breakfast and super convenient location
Bartenders probably need some additional cocktail making training. Putting all the required ingredients in is one thing, but sometimes it’s the execution that results in a good drink.

Location and beautiful rooms.
The property charged me a $300aud bond per room which is yet to be repaid.
They owe me $600 aud.

Jasmine Sun and Annie Ding are two of the staff that have been so helpful throughout the trip. They have been so kind and made our stay even better. It's all about the staff!
I paid for a double room for two adults and a small child. I was a bit put out when they asked me to pay for an extra breakfast, which is not cheap, for the child when we are already paying quite a lot to stay at the hotel for the week. Given the child is sharing a bed with me, it felt a bit...ungenerous.

Location is just at the pedestrian street , walking distance to the bund with lots of great food and shoppping
Stuffy room , as the air conditioner is not functional , and no solution for it despite asking for a portable fan. Front office staff could be better train at handling clients. The best service rendered comes from the young concierge by the name of Mason, who is always acknowledging and nice .
