The room is spacious and clean. There is night service which they prepare tea for the room before sleep. The stays is comfort. The location is great too, just walking distance to the mall and the famous streets. Near to train station too. Overall is a worth stay.

Room is huge, great view, fantastic service and comfortable bed. Provide sleep well tea every night. Very accommodating service, I requested for room service during lunch time and the housekeeping team come by while I was out for lunch. Friendly front desk.
One point to improve if you arent Caucasian, expect a slightly lower level of service, at the lobby, nobody to open door for me while pushing my baggage while I saw a different treatment for a Caucasian, staff carried all his bags and even open the door for him. At breakfast, if you aren't Caucasian, staff will only ask you to tap your room card while they would guide Caucasian to their table and ask what drinks would they like to have. Overall experience is excellent. Thank you

Very helpful and caring staff. Had a lovely stay in this chic hotel. Breakfast options were fantastic and the thai food was good too. Convenient location, mall next door, starbucks reserve just 10mins walk away. MRT nearby too and love the quiet area. Will definitely stay again.
