Renovated Villa with high standards of energy efficiency. Parquet flooring in all rooms. 3 Bedrooms, one on the ground floor suitable for disabled people, bright and furnished with taste and elegance, with new furniture in pastel tones. Particular attention is paid to the comfort of the beds, spacious and equipped with comfortable mattresses, guaranteed anti-mite. Each room has a private bathroom with shower, TV, heating and air conditioning with climate control, free Wi Fi. Living room with fireplace and reading corner. Study room equipped with tables and chairs and board games. Quiet and sunny place. Outdoor area for the enjoyment of the guests. Barbecue outside. Children's playground. Fitness program. Orchard and organic vegetables. Photovoltaic Park to visit, integrated cultivation of flowers and vegetables. Traditional agricultural implements. Small pond. Water mill with production of electricity. The delivery of keys on arrival and departure, as follows: entrance 16.00, output until 10.00. For stays LESS THAN A WEEK apply the price indicated herein per day, based on nights stay.

We had a very nice stay in this house. The pictures do not really show how spacious the house is. Also the covered terrace is a nice place to sit even on hot days. Just be aware that some insects like it there too. Take precautions. Lastly, the hosts are the friendliest people you could meet.

We really enjoyed our stay, in this lovely home. The hosts were fantastic and communication was great from start to finish. The house is clean and modern but with lovely traditional features in beautiful surroundings. We would definitely recommend this home and will be back. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
