House is good equipped with all kitchen stuff you might need. Wet rooms clean and all working well (we were pleased to find a bidet installed (we are used to have). Moskito net every window in good condition.We enjoyed the terrace with shade and grill in the back, but also the little front porch we enjoyed. Only downside is the road next to the house, as it seams there are car races performed. There is walking distance to supermarket and beach too.

Wir haben in der Villa angenehme Ferientage verbracht, die Umgebung ist nett und das Essen in den Restaurants an der Strandpromenade war auch nach unserem Geschmack. Herr Ferroni und seine Gattin waren sehr freundlich, es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir machten schöne Ausflüge (besonders schön die Bootsfahrt im Po-Delta).

Super Haus ohne jeden Makel, drei Klimaanlagen, Objektbeschreibung nur bzgl WLAN/WIFI ungenau, da es WLAN überraschenderweise nur bei der Agentur vor Ort umsonst gibt, dass ist irreführend und für Jugendliche und oder Geschäftsleute ärgerlich, ist eine Kleinigkeit in der heutigen Zeit kann das aber ausschlaggebend für eine Buchung sein, ich schlage vor einen billigen Rooter zu installieren, dann bekommt das Objekt eine glatte 1, so "nur" eine 1-
Zusammenarbeit mit Agentur war hervorragend, wenn es ein Problem gab wurde es umgehend bearbeitet, besser geht es nicht. Es wird teilweise deutsch gesprochen.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in Lido delle Nazioni. Dieses mal in einem anderen Haus als beim 1. Mal. Das Haus liegt an einer stärker befahrenen Straße, was, wenn man den ganzen Tag im Haus wäre, auf dauer stören würde. Der Strand ist ca 15 Min Fußweg entfernt. Dies war aber überhaupt kein Problem zu laufen. Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht. Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden. Schade war das das Haus nicht noch einen Ausgang nach hinten zum Garten hat. Dort befindet sich der Grill und einn großer Esstisch. Mit Tabletts musste alles nach hinten getragen werden. Es ist super, das 2 Autos in den Garten gefahren werden können. Schön wäre noch ein Wasserschlauch gewesen, damit wir die Autos hätten abspritzen können. Nach einem kurzen Regen waren die Scheiben so verdreckt, das es schwer war noch den Durchblick zu behalten. Die Klimaanlage lief super, und wir konnten trotz Hitze alle bestens schlafen.
Von Mo-Fr ist am Stand so gut wie nichts los, am Wochenende finden dann viele einheimische den Weg dorthin.
Es war wie schon vor 2 Jahren ein wunderschöner Urlaub, bei dem man voll entspannen konnte. Und wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste mal.
