Staff was available to assist in check in and access the building and room. The room was spacious, modern and well appointed, clean and tea available. Karla was great at giving a quick tour of the entire room and we were able to leave our bags the next day in the common room with staff, totally safe
I had asked about the best way to get to the facility from the ferry, walk or bus, or taxi. The response was taxi, however, it is a 20 minute walk from the ferry and I wasn't warned that there are no rules and independent taxi's can charge what they want, confirm the price before you get in-we were charged 88 Euros for a 1KM ride. Good information is important.

Amazing location.
Beautiful room and bath decor.
Bathroom didn’t have a fan so it was hard to control the condensation.
In fairness it was very rainy and humid outside so that didn’t help.

Location close to the old town and all points of interest in Split very good although first impressions from outside on the street location a little rundown looking but different once you get inside.
Value for money was poor and could do better. This was not a cheap place and we had travelled Croatia and stayed at more reasonable priced locations and got more for our money with finishing touches such as access to coffee machine in your own room rather than cheap sachet coffee set up outside your room in the small foyer. This could easily be a nice offer set up within the room. We had to sort a broken safety box upon arrival and ask for extra toiletries. The place just felt lacking for the cost.
