Location was PERFECT, no more than a 5 minute walk to the waterfront or Diocletian's Palace. Zara was a 2 minute walk around the corner for any last minute clothing needs. Bakeries and cafe's were everywhere and a grocery store was less than a minute walk down the street where we picked up fresh fruit for breakfast. Fedja and Ksenia were the BEST hosts ever. Ksenia made excellent restaurant recommendations and we had one of our best meals from her recommendation. They helped us out with transportation when ours failed to show to up to take us to the port to catch our cruise. Incredibly helpful and knowledgable. The actual esthetics of the apartment = Modern, Chic and super clean which is everything. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Split and I've already told friends how cute this place is.

Location is in the heart of everything.
Communication using WhatsApp with Ksenia made checking in and following up effortless. I was comfortable in the apartment immediately. The furniture is lovely and carefully arranged to be welcoming and like home. I loved that the windows could be opened and there were working shutters for controlling sunlight and fresh air. The air conditioning works beautifully. The location faces 2 busy streets, streets that can get loud. I was impressed that just closing the windows shut out the noise. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is roomy, plenty of towels, great shower.
