I liked the staff - they tried their best to please and everyone was good-natured and friendly, always answered questions and helped. The room has a good view, there are bathrobes, it is comfortable, the refrigerator was constantly updated with water and drinks that were included in the price of the stay, there was a capsule coffee machine in the room - they filled it with water every day and added tea/coffee if they ran out. I also liked the spa - all the whirlpools and saunas were working - they were used several times - a worthy place to relax without going to the big Fruska Terme. The hotel has a good location - nearby there is a cafe with local food and reasonable prices, a couple of grocery stores and a pharmacy. I think it's a good option to relax in peace and quiet, there was no intrusive music or service. We will recommend a holiday hotel to our friends.
There were no teaspoons in the room - only disposable chopsticks - this is inconvenient and unpresentable for a hotel of this level. I would like to have my own electric kettle in the room right away, the view from the balcony is good and 2 capsules of tea from the coffee machine are not enough if you live in the hotel for more than 3 days) We asked for it and they gave it to us right away, it helped us enjoy our vacation on the balcony) Our room had a problem with the opening mechanism - it took 3/4 attempts to open. If you have breakfast and you want variety, then it will upset you a little - the dishes practically do not change, but for us it was not a problem. One of the most significant drawbacks is that I would like the kitchen staff to put food for breakfast faster. If one of the dishes was running out, then you had to wait long enough for it to be updated or the dish disappeared altogether if you arrive later in time.

Saff were amazing - so polite, helpful and kind, truly, they are the strongest link in the whole experience. Also, everything was sparkling clean, and overall the hotel looks really good, suite was great, loved our stay here. We stayed for one night only, but if we had more time, we would def try some of the extra outdoor activities the hotel offers - some sounded very cool. Additionally, spa was great, super clean, a lot of different options, for everybody's taste - different saunas, steam bath, pool... all clean and working perfectly.
The food served at the buffet could be better - it's not bad, but I would expect higher level, in line with everything else. To be clear, when ordered a la cart, the main course was amazing, top notch and extremely tasty. However, starters were quite basic, while deserts we took from the buffet, and they were nothing special, and kind of a lowest point of the whole dinner. I am a bit sorry that this happened after such a great main course. It seemed like the staff in the restaurant is used to working with buffet eaters, not really having professional restaurant experience, which is something I would expect for this range of the hotel (e.g., knowing how to match proper glasses with wine type - red, white...)
