I booked a superior room with Agoda, and was given what is shown in Agoda photos as double or twin room. So I paid for 25 m2 room and was given smaller 20m2 room, this room had 2 separate beds, and we booked it for our anniversary. On top of that the room had foul smell, no view (the windows were high on the walls), and the room especially the bathroom were freezing cold. The hotel hadn't receive my request for 1 single bad that I specified in my booking. Very disappointed, and I would not recommend this hotel or Agoda.

loved the ceiling and look of the rooms. Friendly staff.
Only a bit weird downside is that for the breakfast you get a smaller menu to choose from compared to "normal" customers. Rest was very good!

Room was good at the good location
But there was an unacceptable loud noise from renovation from 8am, literally from the room next door hitting my/sharing walls which no one told me… at the same time focus of the reception was to call me 3 times about the 2 euros difference which allegedly was supposed to charge by Agoda but it didn’t.
