Location is great with a natural forest suround and the large indoor heated pools are extremley good . The summer months are even better when you have access to even more pools . Generally i think the hotel is very good especially for kids .
More room at indoor Pool area to accomodate chairs. It was cramped or reduce the number of chairs. This is a design floor.
Food could be better and based on international standards and not serbian cuisine only. More options for blankets like lighter blankets . IT was too hot using the dunas we had . Most people don’t know how to use lifts. May be put some signs for the less educated people who get in and go up when they want to go down. They block the lift for all the normal people who display normal etiquette. The kids play area could be a lot better and bigger . The current facilities are small and unexciting for kids . The bigger kids area is badly located near the pool area with difficult access for hotel guests unless you go through the pool area . Another design issue .
