For what is described as a luxury apartment, it is in need of work
1 - In main bathroom shower screen badly fitted so allows water to drip onto floor, it was luck that we worked out to pull
shower screen inward to avoided any accidents - In general the bathroom is well presented
2 - Dining room chair are very badly stained
3 - Dining room table has a badly blistered surface
4- The plaster around kitchen window is missing
5 - Paint work around windows and door frames cracked
6 - Double glazing in bedroom and kitchen has bad condensation between the glass panes
7 - The entrance to the apartment is situated between two shops, this area is unkept and dark, as the light for the front
door does not illuminate the alley way enough, the light only comes on when you are close to the front door.
8 - In general the apartment could do with a slight refurb
