I like to stay here when I'm in Loughborough, its very good value and has loads of free parking. There is a pub next door which serves reasonable food. There is a bar area and some seating outside for the better weather. It's due to be renovated in the near future.

Booked at the last minute due to change of plans and was surprised how cheap it was. Quick to check-in although there is a strict rule of no check-in before 3pm. That's resonable but I hadn''t been able to find any info on their website, which was a bit annoying. Staff exceptionally friendly and efficientl. Room was very nice. Heating/cooling worked well. Room pretty quiet. Being on the ground floor there was some noise from the room above but not too bad. Tea & coffee in the room. No ironing board but luckily didn't need one. Also no fridge.

Perfectly adequate. Beds big and comfortable, showers was good. Everything was looking rather tired, carpets looked very tatty with staining not just in rooms but corridors too. Curtains also had seen better days. That said the staff were all very friendly and happy to help. Definitely doesn't have luxury but is is very comfortable, most people aren't going to spend hours in a room. This is my third stay and probably won't be my last.

This is a hotel which is used primarily by visiting athletes to Loughborough University which is fine - I was too. However, bear in mind a lot of these are young people so the corridors can be noisy at night. Also, this is the second stay here and the second time I’ve not been able to get in the restaurant as it’s been booked out by a sports team. An inconvenience for a blind person, but I sorted myself with deliveroo. The rooms are comfortable, lovely bed, with tea and coffee too. The shower was only luke warm though, and a metal rod fell off the shelf onto my foot when I was in the shower which suggests fairly poor maintenance. The staff are lovely though, and I’d always opt to stay here rather than the likes of Premier Inn or Travelodge as you feel an appreciated guest.
