The location was very good for the university and very central for walking to restaurants & canal
Everything was very clean, the tap in the kitchen was broken & at one point didn't think it was going to turn off. Small parts need a bit of decoration but overall very good.

Central to loughborough. Only a short walk into the town. Well equiped, clean, comfortable.
The only negative not sufficient pans or utensils to cook with. Frying pans warped so didnt work weĺl on ceramic hob. Bed and pillows a bit hard.

Good responses to questions sent by WhatsApp, so convenient to use
Large, well equipped bedroom with very comfortable bed
Good security from the locked gates, and reliable codes to access the property
Very helpful response to request to leave car in the carpark after checking out
Bathroom quite small
Sofa a little saggy

It’s location and was very quiet
The mattresses were very bad and could feel the springs .
I did ask for a better mattress but received no reply at all.
Was very disappointed
