The view was really amazing breathtaking the space was clean and well organized.
Nothing everything was perfect. Things were so close to the apartment and the information that the owners gave us. It was very on point. The people are very nice and it’s peaceful.

Communication with the host was clear and timely. I had no trouble finding the place (unlike the water taxi I hired to take me there). The door codes worked perfectly every time. The location was extremely convenient to the train and ACTV station, and there is a good restaurant immediately downstairs. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and had a nice view of the grand canal.
There was sometimes a slight sewer smell in the restroom.

Location and cleanliness
No elevator (it was my fault not to check the floor before the booking). There are many rooms at the same floor - you might hear the neighbours.

Close to bus/taxi for leaving and arriving with suitcases
USB plugs not working near bed. Had to use USB on tv and then had to keep tv on. To glasses even plastic would be nice. No instructions for a/c. Or heat if needed. Could maybe consider once rms are clean let next guest into rm. We left 3am and our return Could be ready early for next guest sooner than 3pm
