I liked the location close to the Giudecca canal , easy walk to Academia and Peggy Guggenheim museum. Close to San Basilio Vaporetto terminal from where it is very easy to get to Piazetta Roma where the Airport bus 5 arrives (unfortunately none of this was communicated prior to my stay). The communication with Lucia at arrival and with regards to the second bed not having been prepared was very good. She then actually came round to make the bed and also left me capsules for the coffee machine.

No linen for or preparation of the sofa bed I had asked for, no drinking water or capsules for the coffee machine, not instructions where to buy. No info on how to use the Vaporetto to get to the apartment, or other arrival info, a disgusting full waste bin from the previous occupants was left in the bathroom, no kitchen towel, only one little plastic salad bowl , so home cooking was difficult. Lots of messages about recycling and waste disposal locations, but no bags and impossible to find the locations on Google. Also, while the kitchen and bathroom were very clean, the bedroom floor had various dirty spots on it. It had obviously been neglected by the cleaning personnel.

Ήταν όλα πολύ τακτοποιημένα , υπάρχαν όλα όσα χρειαζόντουσαν για να μείνει κάποιος και η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή . Η τιμή ήταν ξεκάθαρα value for money .

La casa molto accogliente e pulita ed esattamente come nelle foto.

Forse migliorerei il divano letto e lascerei delle capsule per la macchina caffè.

Accueil sympathique de la jeune fille, à notre arrivée. L’emplacement, dans un quartier calme et populaire. La proximité des Vaporetto, plusieurs restaurants aussi dans le quartier. Des magasins d’alimentation pas trop loin. L’appartement est bien équipé, après qu’on ai réclamé torchon, poubelle de salle de bain et éponge, qui manquaient.

L’ambiance dans la chambre et dans le salon-cuisine et glaciale, pas d’éclairageindirect, des lumières led blanches au plafond uniquement. Aucune lampe de chevet dans la chambre, éclairage direct depuis le plafond uniquement Vraiment dommage, l’atmosphère n’est pas très agréable. En plus de la taxe de séjour de 40 € (normale) une taxe de 35 € car nous sommes arrivés après 20 heures. Late checking coûteux… Petite terrasse extérieure agréable mais pas très bien entretenue, et beaucoup de moustiques.
