Large 4 bedroom villa with a big private swimming pool.The villa is on two separate floors.On the first floor there are: two bedrooms (one triple room and another room with double bed),bathroom,kitchen, dining room and big terrace with sea yiew. On the second floor there are: two bedrooms ( one room with two beds an another room with double bed),bathroom,kitchen,dining room and balcony with sea view.On the upper side of the villa is a swimming pool which is surrounded by beautiful greenery.Villa have two garages.In the garden is stone BBQ.The villa is situated on the hillside over Boka Bay in the small quiet village of Podi. Excellent for families with children. Located 10 minutes away from the city of Herceg Novi.The nearest market and local bar is on 500 meters and the nearest beaches is on 5 minutes drive from villa.

We had a wonderful week with our family at this property. The house and outdoor areas are very clean, and our experiences were very enjoyable. We spent great moments relaxing on the terraces and outside by the pool. The location is good and convenient. The owners were very helpful and available whenever we needed assistance, and they were really present to help us. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Très belle maison à proximité d'Herceg Novi. Les propriétaires Ivanka et Zoran sont très accueillants, très agréables et véritablement à notre service: piscine nettoyée chaque jour, jardin très propre, linge de maison très propre et changé hebdomadairement.
Un très beau séjour de 15 jours à la découverte d'un pays encore préservé du tourisme de masse et des habitants très serviables.

Ett perfekt boende om man inte vill bo mitt i allt. Bra parkering, Väldigt hjälpsamma och fantastiskt trevligt par som hyr ut. Bra läge med underbar utsikt över Kotorbukten. Nära till affär med bra utbud. Vi var 2 familjer som bodde i huset och passar perfekt, man har sitt eget men ändå spendera all tid man vill tillsammans. Ivanka och Zoran är väldigt hjälpsamma och fantastiskt trevliga när det gäller ALLT!
Vi hade en underbar vecka och kunde ha tänkt oss att vara kvar ytterligare några dagar, vilket inte är så vanligt. Vi kommer troligen att återvända och kan mycket väl tänka oss att bo i samma hus.

The house is located in the hills above Herceg Novi. Magnificent views of the outer part of the Kotor bay. Its placed outside the touristic area, in an authentic neighborhood. The property is very private and beautiful. The two floors are fully equipped independent functioning units where two families can live separately - and/or eat together at the nice space around the common BBQ, with grapes hanging from above! We were two families of four and five, and the place was perfect for us. The pool is well sized (ca 6x3m) and the pool area is very private.You need a car to reach the beaches, but its a short drive (Herceg Novi is 5 minutes away).Ivanka and Zoran are very forthcoming and pleasant hosts!
