About this villa rental
The space
Villa has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Villa also has its own garden with seasonal fruits and vegetables. You can enjoy in beautiful view to Budva riviera, isolated from the city jams and noise.
Guest access
Guests can use swimming pool, parking, WiFi, basketball court, garden, terraces, barbecue and bar that offers a wide selection of refreshing beverages. Drinks are at very reasonable prices. Also in the bar you can drink coffee. Pool size is 15m×6m with the highest quality and latest equipment. Swimming pool has 8 massagers, turbojet. Next to the pool there is sun loungers and umbrellas. House is covered with video security.We add solar panels so pool heating is faster and guests can swim and use pool in preseason and postseason.Guests also have access to sauna.

It is an isolated villa, situated at very peaceful place so no neighbours will be distracting your vacation.

It is situated 8km from the town centre, it takes only 8 minutes driving down to the city. You can go by car, local bus, motor bike.

Upon request we can arrange tours of mountain hiking trails, rafting on Tara, paragliding and trips to Skadar Lake, Ostrog Monastery, the National Parks of Montenegro Mausoleum on Lovcen, Boka Bay ...

In total, the stay at Vila Marija was a very pleasant experience. Even though at times we were a little loud playing music etc., the owners never complained and were very helpful all the time.
Only minor remark was the fact that we did not know in advance that the house owners will stay on the property the whole time.
Still, we can highly recommend staying at Vila Marija when considering spending your vacation time in Budva.

Villa Marija was a spacious villa for our family of 7. Pool and outdoor areas are fabulous and a lovely outdoor shaded dining area with kitchen. The family were very helpful with transport into town and anything we needed around the villa. Special mention to Branco and Jelena. They also have a friend Milos who was a very reliable driver. Highly recommended.

I have just returned from a 3 night stay at Villa Marija (party of 13)
The owners are lovely and available if you need anything but not obtrusive. They even baked fresh bread and made a cheese and ham platter for our lunch for a resonable price.
The apartments are clean and tidy. There are basic kitchen facilities but we felt a toaster would have been useful to have for breakfasts.
Branko and Maria gave us contact detials for some brialliant transfer / taxi guys who made our stay and trips absolutly seamless for a fair price.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect pool area overlooking Budva.
