The staff were great and I enjoyed the facilities. Additionally, on my final day in Innsbruck I suffered an accident which left me hospitalised, the staff made sure to clean my room and store all my stuff and were a delight when I needed the help. Thank you to a great team.

For such hotels there shall be either minibar availability, or lobby bar options, or room ordering services 24/7, as some guests might arrive very late.
Shower hose shall be more practical.

Very convenient for city centre and covered parking
The safe in the room did not work. Reported it and nothing was done to fix it. No drinking water in the room and you would expect this in a 4 Star hotel. We were charged €3 for a very small bottle on the first night. Next night had bought a large bottle for a lot less than €3. Coffee in the room first night 2 varieties of Nescafe + milk. 2nd night just one and no milk.
1st night, 2 good size bath towels, 2nd night replacement bath towels very small about the size of bath mats. One was in shreads. Photo taken.
