We stayed at Rufi’s Hotel in Innsbruck, and it was absolutely wonderful - truly the best hotel we stayed in during our entire trip!
The room was very spacious, more like an apartment than a regular hotel room, which made it perfect for families, and it smelled really good.
• It had a main bedroom for two people and a sofa bed that comfortably fit two more, already set up with pillows, sheets, and duvets. The beds were extremely comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. We found small chocolate bars on our pillows.
• There was also a dining table with four chairs, a large mirror, and coat hangers in the living area.
• The coffee bar was well equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and four bottles of sparkling water, plus a small sink with soap.
• The bathroom was spotless, very large, and had two sinks, which was super convenient.
• The mountain view from our room was absolutely stunning!
They also had a lovely welcome area at the hotel entrance with delicious cake, fruit, and three kinds of sparkling water (such a nice touch).
Just a few steps away, there’s a bike rental station, which was very convenient for exploring the city.
Finally, I want to give special thanks to the amazing reception team; Adeline, Lisa, and Heda, who were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful.
Overall, Rufi’s Hotel offers excellent value for money and an exceptional experience.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor.The staff are accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend Rufi’s! and I would love to visit again.

Excellent hotel, a walk of approximately 15 minutes along the the river bank to the old town.
Rooms are spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful
