Gr8 location....short walk to Innsbruck old city. Fully equipped apartment w cooker, utensils, fridge, pantry, moka coffee pot and coffee powder. Washing machine in ground floor depot room. Comfortable and clean. Lots of space. We booked for 2 pax, the apartment can in fact sleep up to 5 pax incl 2 sofa beds sans bed linen.

I really love room. Fully equipped, actually more equipped than I expect it’s like 1bedroom studio fully furnished. Can make pasta or need up some stuff in microwave. Cute seating near the window as well.
Tap water drinkable and actually test good (as expected from Austria)
There is a coffee shop below and not too long walk to the town
Down side is there is no lift, but the worst case is only 2 floors up you gotta do. (Can also leave luggage in the storage room down stair as well)

I like the location, the facilitation of welcome card. But it wasn’t mentioned anywhere when I book that there is no elevator, which makes it very difficult to transfer our luggage especially the stairs are narrow& uneven . Also there is no housekeeping. The flat is too small to accommodate us although it should be enough for 3 as booked. We booked 2 flats which means that we have to be in the same floor or next to each other, yet we were assigned into 2 different floors.
The furniture is good & the flat is clean but the linens, pillows & comforters are worn out.
