we are on the provincial 24 Villa Castelli Ceglie,
about 20 minutes drive from the sea of Ostuni,
between Itria Valley, Murgia low and high Salento.
4 plus 1 beds may be agreed, dipped in 2 hectares of land
with olive trees, almond trees and various fruit trees available to guests.

(Grocery, butcher, fish shop, newsagent, bakery / ice cream shop, bakery, pizzeria, tobacco,
gas station, post office, banks)
EQUIPMENT: full kitchen with everything you need,
barbecue area "stone fireplace" with its annual work plan and sink,
possibility to use the stone pizza oven,
gazebo with attached table for al fresco dining,
a second area with pergola and sitting area for breakfast / drinks or relaxation area,
an additional sunbathing area, with hammock, beach chairs and umbrella,
outdoor shower to cool off in the hottest days,
availability of bicycles for walks through the numerous cycling routes.
Inside the bedroom has a TV, DVD + AUDIO 2 1
suite rooms with bathrooms, shower and washing machine.
