This home boasts cathedral pine wood ceilings in the great room, 9 ft and 10 ft ceilings on the lower floors.
Walk up the stairs into the upper level great room with a huge river rock fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows. The gorgeous private forest views will leave you breathless. The kitchen has a granite island/bar, equipped with high quality appliances and is amply furnished with all kitchen accessories to delight the best of gourmet chefs. And best of all, meals can be comfortably served on a 9 seater round dining table and the 6 seater bar.
This villa has 6 spacious bedrooms and two Master king suites and one bedroom to accommodate handicapped or the elderly on the lower floor. Three of the bedrooms have two queen beds each for separate sleeping comfort, These bedrooms are beautifully furnished featuring comfortable pillow top mattresses and luxury linen and bedding.
Have fun on the ground floor entertainment area where you can splash into a private indoor heated pool for your early morning exercise then choose between the steam room or sauna to warm-up. Wonderful property, he had 5 couples and plenty of space to spread out. Pool and hot tub were great! Would go again with friends or family!

This a very nice house. I could leave it at that, but there are some caveats. The housekeeping crew needs to do a better job of cleaning out cobwebs. They are EVERYWHERE and it’s a little gross. Also, the house does not have air conditioning. Although it states that “it’s a mountain climate and AC is not needed”, that’s BS. The window screens are torn so we couldn’t open windows at night for fresh air. Also, there are no screens on the sliding doors so we couldn’t even leave doors open for air because of the bugs. It’s August…and it’s HOT! Huge miss.
The property is old and needs updating, but the house does the job. The appliances work as they should. The indoor pool is a nice addition and the movie room is decent. For what you pay, you should expect more updates.
