About this apartment rental
Holiday Apartment Casa Milla is made up of the careful and scrupulous renovation of a historic Tuscan farmhouse, one of the last mezzadria to disappear. It was the old house of my mom Camilla, all known as "La Milla" and therefore brought her name.
The house is equipped with the greatest comforts for a quiet stay. Furthermore, in the common area you can take advantage of the swimming pool (open from 1 May to 30 September), a large garden, barbecue and private parking.
We have sophisticated accommodation in the farmhouse. The fully enclosed garden is surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees.
Casa Milla is directly managed by its owner, Luciano (former well-known bank manager in the area)
The house has 4 independent and completely independent apartments. This announcement refers to a two-room apartment on the 1st floor 6-7 seats with double bedroom, 2 double sofa beds in the living room, possibility of another single bed or cot, baby cot, partially separated kitchen, bathroom with shower, private conservatory area, positioned in the garden in front of the pool and equipped for outdoor dining.
All rooms are very welcoming, finely furnished in rustic style and come with satellite TV. They are also equipped with independent heating and a safety deposit box.
The whole property is free wi-fi. Animals are not allowed.
