Living room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom with 2 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed, comfortable double sofa bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
Garden with table, 2 chairs and deckchairs, on the back there is a pack and clothesline.
Living room: sofa bed, extendable table for 6 to 8 people, television and air conditioning.
Kitchenette: fridge with freezer, 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and continuous hot water production, espresso coffee machine.

Appartamento pulito, ben accessoriato, in zona residenziale a circa 10 minuti di bicicletta dal mare.
Proprietario molto disponibile ed accogliente.

Non si può far altro che dichiarare un feedback positivo sia all’appartamento che alla famiglia del Sig.re Roberto!
L’immobile si è presentato con mobilio nuovo. All’interno non mancava nessun elettrodomestico. Si percepisce come i proprietari hanno premura nel dare tutti i confort a gli inquilini (dalla macchinetta del caffè al mettere a disposizioni delle biciclette per la mobilità ).
Infine un ringraziamento speciale al sig.re Roberto, a sua moglie e suo figlio per il ricco cadeau di benvenuto..

Die FEWO befand sich in einem einigermaßen gereinigtem Zustand. Sie ist mit relativ neuen Möbeln (Küche, Tisch u. Stühle ,etc.) bestückt und vielen Utensilien gut ausgestattet. Eine "normale" Kaffeemaschine ist allerdings nicht vorhanden, lediglich eine Kapselmaschine. Sei zu erwähnen, dass die Dusche sehr beengt (ca. 60x60 cm) ist und ggfls. korpulentere Menschen dort Platzprobleme haben werden. Grundsätzlich ist die FEWO ziemlich dunkel, da z.B. im Wohn-/Essraum nur durch die Haustür Licht einfällt.
Die Kommunikation kann nur auf italienisch bzw. mit dem Sohn des Vermieters auf englisch stattfinden, hat aber gut geklappt. Der Vermieter wohnt im selbem Haus, ist aber ausgesprochen freundlich, zurückhaltend sowie äußerst hilfsbereit und sofort bemüht, Fragen und Probleme zu klären. So baute er auf Nachfrage umgehend im Schlafraum ein Fliegengitter ins Fenster und stellte uns im Außenbereich einen größeren Tisch zur Verfügung. Im Außenbereich kann man relativ ungestört sitzen (abgesehen vom Hundegebell der vielen Nachbarhunde).
Sehr positiv haben wir die beiden kostenlosen Fahrräder empfunden und viel genutzt.
Alles im Allem ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis OK.
Noch einmal wĂĽrden wir allerdings nicht die FEWO buchen.
