Relax for 6 persons at Villa Marina in Torre del Lago Puccini,
Villa Marina is a nice villa in Torre del Lago Puccini (at 600m from the center of Torre del Lago and 6Km from Viareggio center), non smoking, with private parking on the property.
Very quiet, close to the sea and to the beach, in a perfect geographic location to explore Tuscany and the Cinque Terre (the Five Lands).
Villa Marina is a comfortable spot for enjoying relaxing evenings at home with family and friends during your stay in Torre del Lago Puccini.
We speak Italian, French (mother tongue) and English.
All bedrooms and rooms (except bathrooms) are equipped with air conditioning-

The villa consists of:
Ground: living room with satellite TV, dining area with fitted kitchen, master bedroom (cm160x190), little bathroom with wc, sink and bidet.
1st floor: master bedroom (cm160x190), bedroom with 2 twin beds (cm80x190), bathroom equipped with all amenities (shower, wc, sink, bidet and hair dryer).
Finally, the villa has 2 balconies, with access from two upstairs bedrooms.
Outdoor area where you can eat, equipped with tables, chairs and umbrella.
Private parking (uncovered) on the property, as well as possibility to park on the main road.
The sea is 2.5 km away, with a choice at either free beach or beach with bathhouse. The beach has fine golden sand. Perfect for families with children.
The beach is easy to reach either by bike or walk along the cycle path leading down to the beach or along the path through the pine forest.
The Massaciuccoli Lake (Lago di Massaciuccoli), is overlooked by the open-air theater and the Villa/museum of the maestro Giacomo Puccini, is 3.5Km away.
Supermarkets at 1Km, shops and grocery at 600m, bank/ATM, laundromat, pharmacy, church, bike rentals, ice-cream shops, cafés, restaurants and pizzerias at the lake and at the beach.
The center of Viareggio is at 6Km away, with the pier, its «Viali a Mare» (Promenade): you will find a wonderful selection of boutiques and shops open until late at night during the summer.
Viareggio applies the touristic tax to be paid cash at your arrival (at the moment €1.50 per person aged from 18 years for the first 10 days). You will receive a receipt accordingly.
At your arrival we will need to see your documents.
The price includes energy costs (except air conditioning) from 15 June to 15 September; in the other periods water, electricity and gaz are at guest account.

We had a beautiful time in Torre del Lago.
Everything was clean and tidy. The son (Ludovico) was a very nice and helpful person.

We had a nice week here with good weather.
We're going to Pisa. Siena, Vinci, Livorno and we had two sunny days at the beach.
If you have a car, you can park inside the property: very useful.
