About this house rental
The name of Casa Cerqua derives from the huge centuries-old oak tree that is located right in front of the entrance to the apartment. Inside the old farmhouse of the mid-nineteenth century, there is this beautiful home finely furnished and renovated with the most modern seismic adjustment systems. During the renovation, all original materials were recovered or replaced with materials of the same quality, oak beams and old terracotta tiles. The house of about 100 square meters consists of a large open space kitchen with a large living area, two large bathrooms with shower and tub, two large double bedrooms where it is possible to add an extra bed. In the lounge there are two comfortable sofa beds. Outside the house there is a private area available for guests with a shaded outdoor dining area. Guests have access to the beautiful newly built swimming pool measuring 12x4.5 meters. overlooking the hills and ancient villages.

The apartment has all the modern comforts, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, barbecue. The linen is entirely supplied by the house.
