This newly restored property offers comfortable accommodation for families or couples. It is composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Eine Heizungspanne wurde schnell behoben. Gute Tipps für Besuche in die Umgebung.

Vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und liegt sehr günstig für Ausflüge ans Meer und in die nähere Umgebung. Allerdings in der Nähe einer stark befahrenen Straße, was uns aber nicht soviel ausgemacht hat. Viel Platz auf dem Grundstück, großer Garten und auf der Terrasse kann man schön draußen sitzen.

I booked the property on the understanding that it was a house with exclusive use. As it transpired, it was a house comprising a ground floor apartment ( for holidaymakers use) with a permanent resident living above. This meant that the property was afforded no privacy. Also it is very close to a busy and therefore noisy road. It appeared that during heavy rain the drains gave off an unpleasant smell into one of the bathrooms.
On the positive side the property is close to Ancona airport (20 mins away) and close to the sea. There are a variety of lovely villages and towns close by and lots to see and do without travelling too far. The property is well equipped and comfortable and the WiFi is excellent.
