About this house rental
Renovated "Casale Marchigiano" with spectacular view over the hills, immersed between our own olive grove and sunflower fields!
Sunny property with fireplace, patio, barbecue, private access and parking spaces.
Situated just 5 min from the historic center of Montelupone, 15 min from the seaside, 20 min from Civitanova Marche and 35 min from Conero Regional Park (Sassi Neri, Mezzavalle Beach, Porto Novo).
Every stay includes fresh eggs, olive oil, homemade marmalade and natural honey!
Ground floor: living room with large open plan fireplace, dining room, kitchen (including dishwasher, gas stove, household appliances, kitchenware, cutlery) and a bathroom with washing machine. From the ground floor the guests can exit onto the patio which houses a dining table and a barbecue.
First floor: two bedrooms, one master bedroom with view over the hills and one room which is set up for children with bunk beds and an expandable single bed. For babies, there is a travel cot with mattress. For the children there are various games and books.
The main bathroom includes two sinks, shower, bidet and service.
The house has various fans to keep our guests cool during the summer.

Casa bellissima in mezzo alle colline marchigiane con panorami mozzafiato a pochi minuti dal mare e da paesi come Recanati, Loreto, Civitanova Marche. Al nostro arrivo la casa era in ottime condizioni di pulizia, completa di tutti i confort. La proprietaria ci ha fornito lenzuola e salviette a volontà, lo spazio esterno era molto accogliente infatti la sera mangiavamo sempre fuori. C’è una griglia con possibilità di fare il barbecue. A parte la prima notte molto calda, il clima è stato perfetto. Erano presenti un po’ di insetti ma che tutto sommato non hanno dato fastidio.
La proprietaria, la signora Cinzia, si è dimostrata sempre molto gentile e disponibile; abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il frigorifero e lei si è subito adoperata per aiutarci a risolverlo. Inoltre, al ritorno a casa il sottoscritto ha dimenticato nell’armadio due camicie che mi sono state prontamente spedite a casa dalla signora Cinzia.

La casa disposta su due piani è situata in una posizione stupenda per via delle colline e del mare in lontananza che si scorge dal primo piano. Mi è sembrato di essere davvero a casa mia con tutto in merito ad accoglienza della casa stessa, pulizia, oggettistica della casa .. (cucina, bagno). Il silenzio della location ha poi contribuìto ad allietare maggiormente il mio soggiorno in questa casetta rosa 🌹
La proprietaria si è dimostrata disponibile, gentile e simpatica. Che dire .. la consiglio vivamente ❤️

Siamo stati in 9 (2 famiglie) per 12 giorni in agosto.
La casa ha una bellissima vista sulle colline, comoda sia per andare al mare (15min Porto Potenza Picena- 45 min Conero) che per visitare l interno (Montelupone, Recanati,Loreto,grosse di Frasassi).
Casa pulita, accessoriata di tutto (anche giochi per bambini) e al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato omaggiati uova, vino e olio.
Ci siamo fatti molte grigliate.
Abbiamo avuto qualche disagio con gli elettrodomestici (lavatrice e lavastoviglie) e con il bidet. Ma la proprietaria Cinzia si è attivata e per scusarsi del disagio ci ha omaggiato un giorno in più. Sempre disponibile e ricca di consigli.
Essendo in piena campagna... abituatevi a convivere con gli insetti ;)
Sarebbe bello tornare per ammirare la campagna in altra stagione.
