About this house rental
With a view of the vilaine valley, we welcome you to our character cottages. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, this large self-catering cottage can accommodate up to 14 people.
Combining aesthetics and authenticity of the stone, these lodgings surrounded by a 5000m2 garden is located in a calm and relaxing place.
The gîte consists of:
- equipped kitchen,
- living room that can accommodate 14 people for meals.
- a large living room with stove, television
- utility room with LL and SL, shower and wc

- 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 insulated bunk bed, 1 bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC
- 1 bedroom with double bed, vanity unit.
- 1 other large bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 insulated bunk bed, 1 bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
- 1 bedroom with double bed, vanity unit
An outbuilding comprising 1 bedroom with double bed, sink and WC.
The cottage has a fenced terrace with its garden furniture and barbecue and a large table for 20 people
At the back of the cottage, there is a summer kitchen: barbecue, plancha, sheltered with a large table for 20 people
An 11x4 heated swimming pool. 5m heated from May to September closed with deckchairs exclusively reserved for the cottage.
Children's playground with swing and slide.

The cottage is located 2km from the port of Foleux, 20km from the beaches of Damgan and Penestin, 40km from La Baule. Near the atypical villages of Rochefort en Terre, La Roche Bernard, La Gacilly ... Ideal for lovers of hiking, mountain biking or fishing.
Price: 600 to 2200 euros (minimum 2 nights)
possibility of hiring the weekend apart from July and August.
Household and bed linen optional.

Wonderful week in a very well-equipped house. We were a group covering three generations: 8 adults, two children and a baby and had a brilliant time. Spacious with lots of facilities as well as a heated pool. Tranquil countryside with bigger towns and cities within easy reach

We have just spent a fantastic week at Petit Brecean, we are a family of 13, with both adults and children. Great facilities at this property with plenty of space, the swimming pool is amazing and lovely and warm, will definitely recommend and will return, thank you
