Escape to the Merquel point, discover the salt marshes of Mesquer which are part of the territory of the famous salt of Guérande or go taste oysters in the small port of Kercabellec! Large, warm and welcoming house of 230 m² located in Mesquer which has 6 bedrooms including one in a mezzanine and can accommodate up to 14 people. The distribution of bedrooms is as follows: four bedrooms and one in the mezzanine each have a double bed and one bedroom has four single beds. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. It has a large garden of 13,000 m², a terrace of 80m² with garden furniture, a barbecue and a beautiful fireplace. You will also find a television, a DVD player, a radio, a baby bed and a high chair, an iron and a hairdryer. All bedding is new. The independent kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a raclette machine. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a second refrigerator. An outdoor parking space for six vehicles completes this accommodation.
