About this apartment rental
In wide and quiet hilly landscape lies this estate. In the main building (1st st.) are 4 spacious vacation apartments (6 in total. See also ITS161/162/211.). The park-like garden offers various seating areas in the shade of old trees. A small playground and table tennis are at the common disposal of all guests, as well as the sunny pool with its panoramic terraces. The right place for guests who primarily want to relax in peace and perhaps enjoy the sunset with a good glass of wine. For children, at the same time, an ideal area to play and explore the lush nature of the land. But there are also various charming towns in the area such as Siena, San Gimignano or Volterra. Crib on request. Unpaved access (2 km), not suitable for low cars or sports cars. Beach volley field for communal use. Free wifi reception in common areas, shared covered terrace (300 sqm).

Das Haus liegt etwas versteckt am Ende des ca. 2,5 km langen Feldwegs. Dort angekommen, wurden wir durch die Verwalter Maria Paola und Luigi herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist riesig und traditionell eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist allerdings stellenweise schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Außenanlage ist schön angelegt, der Pool groß und die Aussicht auf Radicondoli einfach sensationell. Die angelegte Holzterrasse rund um den Whirlpool und Loungeecke sollte erneuert werden, da die Holzdielen schon sehr gelitten haben.
Die typische Touristenmagnete wie Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena usw. sind nicht weit entfernt, eine Besichtigungstour lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.
Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen, in der Hoffnung, dass der kleine Renovierungsstau bis dahin aufgeholt wurde.
