this hotel has a beutiful location. rooms are specious.
I have booked a room with a view over the lake. They gave me a room facing another building barely I can see the lake. I have rejected the room since I have payed for a view. They moved me to an upper room but they made me pay an extra charges for the new room.

From the impeccable service to the outstanding location, every aspect of this hotel reflects excellence. The food was delicious, the bar offered a wonderful atmosphere, and the bartender’s cocktails were truly exceptional. The spa provided a perfect space to relax and unwind. This hotel is a true representation of the high standards of Swiss hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Great hotel with lovely views of the lake and the castle. Very nice wellness area. Staff were very polite and welcoming. We will be very happy to stay here again.
For us the menu was limited and very expensive for what you get.
